Transit Bus Operator
Full Time or Part Time
$23.67/hour
- Transport passengers in public transit service throughout Berkshire County
- Competitive benefits including 100% employer paid health insurance premium (full time)
- Health insurance is available to part time employees working at least 25 hours/week.
- Paid time off benefits and retirement plan contributions
- CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement required. No CDL? No problem! Paid training is available for qualified applicants

Paratransit Bus Operator
Full Time, $20/hour
- Driving position transporting clients throughout Berkshire County
- No special driver’s license required! Class D
- Health insurance, dental insurance, and a company sponsored 401(K) retirement plan
- $1,000 Sign-on bonus after successful completion of probationary period. Details can be discussed at time of interview!
Paratransit Dispatcher
Part Time, up to $20/hour
- Fast-paced, customer service opportunity in a call center/office environment
- Second Shift – evenings and Saturdays. Up to 30 hours per week.
- $500 Sign-on bonus after successful completion of probationary period. Details can be discussed at time of interview!
Utility Worker
Full Time – Temporary, starting at $23.69/hour
- Fuel, wash, dust, and otherwise clean Company vehicles daily
- Perform building janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, floor waxing, emptying all trashcans/waste baskets and window washing.
- Class D driver license and DOT Medical Card required
- Second shift – evenings and Saturdays
- $150 Sign-on bonus after successful completion of probationary period. Details can be discussed at time of interview!
