Transit Bus Operator
Full Time or Part Time
$23.67/hour

  • Transport passengers in public transit service throughout Berkshire County
  • Competitive benefits including 100% employer paid health insurance premium (full time)
  • Health insurance is available to part time employees working at least 25 hours/week.
  • Paid time off benefits and retirement plan contributions
  • CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement required. No CDL? No problem! Paid training is available for qualified applicants

Paratransit Bus Operator
Full Time, $20/hour

  • Driving position transporting clients throughout Berkshire County
  • No special driver’s license required! Class D      
  • Health insurance, dental insurance, and a company sponsored 401(K) retirement plan
  • $1,000 Sign-on bonus after successful completion of probationary period. Details can be discussed at time of interview!

Operations Supervisor I         

Full Time, starting at $26.16 per hour

  • Aids the transit system by operating computer-based radio, or digital, communication and tracking systems
  • Acts as a “front-line” customer service representative of the Company and as a direct supervisor to all Bus Operators.
  • This position requires a CDL Class B with Air Brakes and Passenger endorsements. Applicants are not required to apply with a CDL or CDL permit. BTM provides paid CDL training for unlicensed drivers, supervisors, and managers.
  • Be able to work a variety of shift times depending on transit service schedules including days, nights, or weekends.
  • Pass a pre-employment DOT physical and pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Paratransit Dispatcher

Part-Time, up to $20.00/hr

  • Customer service opportunity in a call center/office environment
  • Second Shift- evenings and Saturdays
  • 20-30 hours per week
