The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA) Advisory Board approved adding new evening bus service to additional weekday and Saturday fixed routes. These new bus routes and traditional ADA complementary service will begin on Monday, February 5, 2024. Click this link to view all the new schedules.
All Days:
- Route 3: Williamstown – North Adams
- The Clark is now a dedicated bus stop on the regular service schedule.
- Route 21: Lee – Stockbridge – Great Barrington
- Remove Glendale Center as a timepoint from the regular service schedule. Service remains.
- Add “Main St – Great Barrington Center” as timepoint in both service directions (north/south).
- Route 34: North Adams Loop
- Ocean State Job Lots is now a demand service that you will need to call BRTA to request.
- Weekdays:
- Route 2: Pittsfield – Lenox – Lee
- Add outbound trips from Pittsfield ITC at 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Add inbound trips from Lee Premium Outlets at 7:30pm, 8:30pm
- Route 11: West St – Berkshire Community College
- Add outbound trips departing Pittsfield ITC at 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm, 9:00pm
- Add inbound trips departing BCC at 6:15pm, 7:15pm, 8:15pm, 9:15pm
- Route 15: West Housatonic St – West Pittsfield
- Add outbound trips departing Pittsfield ITC at 6:30pm, 7:30pm, 8:30pm
- Add inbound trips departing Callahan Drive at 6:45pm, 7:45pm, 8:45pm
- Route 21: Lee – Stockbridge – Great Barrington
- Add outbound trips departing Lee Premium Outlets at 5:30am, 6:30am
- Add inbound trips departing Fairgrounds Plaza/Big Y at 6:30am, 7:30am
- Route 921: Pittsfield – Great Barrington Express
- Replaces Route 21X. Route 921 will provide Express-style service to Pittsfield ITC, Lenox Ctr, Lee Ctr, Stockbridge Ctr, Barrington Plaza, Great Barrington Ctr, Fairgrounds Plaza in both service directions (north/south)
- Outbound trips will depart Pittsfield ITC at 5:30am, 7:30am, 5:30pm, 7:30pm
- Inbound trips will depart Fairgrounds Plaza/Big Y at 6:30am, 8:30am, 6:30pm, 8:30pm
Saturdays
- Route 3: Williamstown – North Adams
- Add outbound trip from The Clark at 6:45pm
- Add inbound trip from Main St-North Adams Ctr at 7:15pm (return to Pittsfield via Route 7 south)
- Route 921: Pittsfield – Great Barrington Express
- New Saturday express services. Former Route 21X operated weekdays only.
- Add outbound trip departing Pittsfield ITC at 7:30am (outbound only), 5:30pm, 7:30pm
- Add inbound trips departing Fairgrounds Plaza/Big Y at 6:30pm, 8:30pm
