It is BRTA’s goal to help people in the Berkshires get to where they need to go by providing the best possible bus transit system. In order to achieve this goal, we need to understand why you do or do not ride the BRTA bus and your thoughts about how the service could be improved. BRTA wants to ensure that all residents of Berkshire County have a voice in this survey. The survey was open through August 8, 2017.
