The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority will be conducting Passenger Surveys during the 2 week period of July 22 – August 3, 2013. Riders onboard select routes will be asked their opinion on topics ranging from bus size to frequency of service. The BRTA is testing a large print, fillable form PDF version of the Passenger Survey. You can open the PDF file, complete the survey, and email to the BRTA all from the survey document. Please send as an attachment using the envelope icon in the toolbar at the top of the survey document to info@berkshirerta.com.
