Qualifications-Based Solicitation (QBS 2023-03): Facility Condition Assessment
The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a detailed facility condition assessment (FCA), including recommendation corrections for deficiencies, cost estimates for corrections, and timelines for future capital costs. This FCA is for the two BRTA properties, the Intermodal Transportation Center at 1 Columbus Avenue, Pittsfield, MA and the Maintenance Facility at 67 Downing Parkway, Pittsfield, MA 01201. The BRTA seeks to understand the general condition of both buildings and their major components, the timing, and cost of future building component maintenance and replacement.
This Qualifications-Based Solicitation will be issued on September 28, 2022. To request a copy of the solicitation package, please contact the BRTA at info@berkshirerta.com.
Proposals must be received at the BRTA Administrative Office prior to 11 AM on November 8, 2022, by mail to 1 Columbus Avenue, Suite 201, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
The BRTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals as it deems in its own best interest.
