The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. BRTA’s proposed DBE participation goal for all FTA-funded transportation programs from FY 2020 through FY 2022 is 0.03%. A description of this goal is available for review for 30 days following publication of this notice.
Public comments regarding the established goal will be accepted for 45 days from the date of this notice. DBE businesses are encouraged to inform the BRTA of their products and services.
