The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA) received notification late this afternoon that the strike date of “on or around November 16, 2018” has been postponed. A meeting has been scheduled for Monday, November 26, 2018 with Federal mediators, representatives of the union, and First Transit. This means all BRTA paratransit and fixed route service will operate as usual until after the results of the November 26, 2018 meeting are known.
